OCEAN FREIGHT / PROCONNECT
Ocean freight shaped around your cargo, sailing schedule and destination—with customs, inland delivery and shipment visibility connected.
Plan your ocean shipment ↗OCEAN FREIGHT
We manage ocean shipments from booking and collection through customs clearance and delivery. The right shipping plan depends on your cargo, schedule and route. Our shipping-line and partner network helps us bring those pieces together.
From a few pallets to a full container or specialised load, the right ocean service starts with your cargo. We connect booking, documentation, clearance and inland transport around the agreed shipment plan.
Choose FCL for dedicated container capacity or LCL for smaller consignments. Share your dimensions and volume so we can assess the suitable option.
Discuss reefer, flat-rack, oversized and hazardous cargo requirements early. Equipment, routing and acceptance depend on the goods and carrier arrangements.
Coordinate origin collection, shipment documents, Thai customs clearance and onward delivery. Receiving arrangements and cargo availability matter as much as the sailing.
OCEAN FREIGHT / PROCONNECT
Your customer portal connects recorded ocean transport milestones with customs progress, shared documents and delivery status. For supported shipments, carrier tracking uses the container number or carrier master bill of lading.
For master bill-of-lading tracking, the carrier must also be identified. Where automatic tracking is unavailable, our team records available forwarder updates.
Follow recorded transport, customs and delivery milestones. An estimated arrival remains a forecast, and customs release and final delivery are confirmed separately.
Provide dimensions, gross weight, volume and packaging. Include temperature settings, dangerous-goods information or unusual loading requirements.
Share origin, destination, cargo-ready date and required delivery window. We will discuss routing, service options and onward transport.
Prepare invoice, packing list and product information. Provide container numbers or the carrier master bill of lading when available.
