Data processing & privacy notice

Proconnect Logistics uses the details you provide to extract product information, suggest classifications, estimate import taxes and respond if you request verification. Only submit documents you are authorised to share; remove unrelated personal, banking or sensitive information first.

  • Temporary documents: uploads use a separate private AWS Thailand bucket, with access expiring after 24 hours and automated deletion. They do not enter our long-term shipment archive. Temporary processing copies are discarded after extraction. Uploading remains disabled until this storage has been configured and verified.
  • Saved estimates: necessary product specifications, your answers, calculation assumptions, reference versions and any verification enquiry are retained for 30 days. You can delete them earlier through your private link. The link is confidential: anyone holding it can access the estimate.
  • Processing providers: AWS provides document storage; Vercel hosts the processing service and AI Gateway; OpenAI, Anthropic and Google provide AI processing; Neon stores saved estimates in Singapore. AI, hosting, database and security processing may take place outside Thailand. AWS Thailand storage does not mean all processing stays in Thailand.
  • AI use: provider routes must support zero data retention and no training before processing is allowed. Visitor uploads are not added to our customer classification library or used by ProConnect to train models.
  • Abuse prevention: a device identifier renewed after 30 days, hashed network identifier, acknowledgement version and time, and usage counters protect the trial. Usage counters without document content may remain for up to 62 days for spending control. Storage backups and provider security records follow their applicable retention schedules.
  • Your choices: uploading is optional. Describe goods instead, or contact our team. This acknowledgement does not subscribe you to marketing. To request access, correction or deletion, contact contact@proconnect.co.th and quote your reference.

Results are indicative and depend on the information and reference data available on the stated calculation date. Classification, valuation, preferential origin treatment, taxes and permits require verification before import. An estimate is not an approval to import. Full privacy notice.
