Bring the supporting documents together
Common preparation items include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading or air waybill, and product details. Origin certificates, licences and other documents depend on the goods and the treatment being requested.
Keep the next step clear
Our team reviews what is available and explains what else is needed. In the customer portal, shared documents and requests stay with the relevant shipment, subject to your account access.
